This section includes all the information and supporting documents that you'll need to apply for Ontario Trillium Foundation funding. Before you proceed, please note that we have two different application forms:  our standard application and a Simplified Application for Small Capital Grants.

Are you applying for a small capital grant, up to a maximum of $15,000?
If yes, please use the Simplified Application Form for Small Capital Grants.

Grant Seekers - How to Apply

Are you applying for a capital grant greater than $15,000 or another type of grant?
If yes, please use the Standard Application Form.

OTF grant applications deadlines are March 1, July 1 and November 1. To be considered in each grant cycle, complete applications must be received at our 45 Charles Street East, Toronto office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date.
