$99,000 over 28 months to hold five forums in Sarnia, Brampton, Peterborough, North Bay and Kitchener-Waterloo. These will bring together performing artists, educators and community presenters to promote more arts experiences for children and youth.

Association des théâtres francophones du Canada
$12,000 over one year to strengthen communications and ties between this Francophone theatre’s national office, members and partners. Plans include a revised website, an on-line-activities calendar and e-bulletins to be developed and implemented.

Association francophone à l'éducation des services à l'enfance de l'Ontario (L'aventure du parent entraîneur)
$100,000 over two years to support and educate the parents of dyslexic children, helping them to recognize this learning disability in their children’s early years.

Big Brothers and Sisters of Canada
$444,300 over three years to launch the Big Brothers Big Sisters Alumni Project in its Ontario agencies. The project will help build the capacity to recruit more volunteers and greatly increase the number of children matched with volunteer mentors.

Canadian Mental Health Association
$150,000 over three years to expand the CMHA Mental Health Works workplace-training program. This will teach both private- and public-sector managers strategies for promoting mental health and accommodating employees with mental health disabilities.

CARFAC Ontario
$35,500 over one year to hold seven workshops across the province to educate visual and media artists about the health risks of hazardous materials and harmful art-making practices.

Child and Family Partnership c/o YMCA of Greater Toronto
$320,400 over three years to increase the life skills of young children with the Reaching In... Reaching Out program. This program will train early childhood educators and others to teach young children to become more resilient.

Community Literacy of Ontario
$54,000 over two years to strengthen the organization to better serve its members. Resources and support will be provided to build the capacity of local community-based literacy organizations across the province.

Community Outreach Initiative c/o Coaches Association of Ontario
$296,900 over three years to implement an outreach strategy, expanding coaching education and development opportunities, particularly in small and remote communities and underserved populations. An Ontario Coaches Week program will also be delivered.

Expanding Our Vision
$449,200 over 30 months to support this initiative, which will include a feasibility study and provide organizational tools to explore a possible, new working relationship between The Easter Seal Society and Ontario March of Dimes.

Fédération des aînés et des retraités francophones de l'Ontario
$325,000 over three years to help recruit more volunteers, increase the self-sustainability of the organization and augment the number of Francophone and Francophile members in communities throughout the province.

Festivals and Events Ontario
$280,200 over three years to build and sustain the economic viability of Ontario communities by demonstrating the impact of local festivals and events.

First Three Years - Parenting Resources & Training
$63,000 over one year to increase at-risk toddlers' self-confidence, use of language and love of learning by providing attachment-based parenting program resources to group leaders across Ontario.

$80,000 over two years to develop a mentoring program for young, racial minority Francophones in Ontario and to increase the fundraising capacity of the organization.

$51,400 over six months to support issue analysis, collaborative discussion and a one-day conference that will result in greater protection of the Great Lakes Basin through an effective Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement.

$296,400 over two years to develop and pilot test a program in three communities that will address the mental health needs of Ontario's agricultural community, using a farmer-sensitive counselling model.

$68,400 over eight months to develop a business plan and engage partners for the development of a multisport facility for combat sports and martial arts organizations.

Kids on the Move Collaborative c/o The Centre for Sustainable Transportation
$184,800 over two years to encourage the use of child- and youth-friendly land and transportation planning by city planners, public health officials, school boards and community organizations.

Let's Talk Science
$200,000 over 30 months to establish a program whereby Let's Talk Science alumni who have graduated from university and college are engaged in meaningful volunteer opportunities that will reach youth across Ontario.

Lupus Canada
$188,500 over two years to develop accurate lupus health information with Canadian content, develop volunteer training resources and create a body of volunteer peer-support leaders to better serve the lupus community in Ontario.

Mental Health Crisis Service c/o Family Service Thames Valley
$266,600 over two years to increase the sustainability and reach of the Mind Your Mind project and its innovative website mindyourmind.ca, which provides mental health support and coping tools for youth aged 16 to 24 years.

Mushkegowuk Council
$261,600 over two years to enable the Youth Department to offer an elders and youth initiative that will build a culture-based learning community for Mushkegowuk territory youth. This will improve connections between youth and the communities’ elders.

Northwatch
$84,000 over two years to train and support volunteers participating in natural-resource-management planning in Northeastern Ontario.

Ontario Association of Food Banks
$413,400 over three years to develop a provincial food-distribution network to meet the needs of those served by food banks and increase the quality, quantity and timeliness of food distribution across Ontario.

Ontario Black History Society
$69,400 over 18 months to develop an education/outreach program that will create positive images of African-Canadians through enhanced school curriculums, new resources and public speaking events in schools and community venues across the province.

Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters Inc.

Older Persons' Mental Health and Addictions Network of Ontario Collaborative Steering Committee (OPMHAN CSC) c/o Ontario Gerontology Association
$357,200 over three years to support the network as it addresses Ontario’s system of care for older people in the community who are at risk of or are coping with mental health issues and addictions.

Ontario Association of Children's Aid Societies
$68,700 over eight months for a survey and the ensuing development of a targeted social marketing campaign, which will increase public awareness of child abuse and neglect and provide a picture of public understanding concerning reporting issues.

Ontario Community Economic Development Network c/o Carleton University
$624,900 over 30 months to help build the capacity of the social economy sector with technical assistance, an Ontario-wide knowledge-sharing network, storytelling and case-study development for learning and fundraising.

Ontario Community Support Association
$21,000 to conduct consultations with member organizations in order to gauge their level of commitment to the province-wide branding of community support services and identify areas of interest.

Ontario Cultural Society of the Deaf (OCSD)
$286,200 over three years to launch a full province-wide American Sign Language Parent-Child Mother Goose Program (ASL PCMGP) for parents with hearing loss and hearing parents of children with hearing loss.

Ontario Literacy Coalition
$310,600 over two years to assemble key stakeholders to assess the literacy and language development needs of new Canadians in Ontario with low literacy skills in their first language and determine how best to meet their needs.

Ontario Museum Association
$54,900 over one year to assess the current state of Ontario's museum sector in order to refine and fill gaps in capacity building programs and service delivery.

Ontario Public Advisory Council c/o Quinte Watershed Cleanup Inc.
$24,200 over 10 months to research, recommend and report on improving the effectiveness of the Great Lakes-related public advisory committees and present the findings to the Binational Committee Review of the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement.

The Ontario Soccer Association
$184,400 over 18 months to engage district associations and stakeholders in a province-wide consultation to establish a strategic direction and long-term plan for soccer in Ontario, improving the sport experience and the efficiency of the organization.

Opera.ca
$94,800 over three years to broaden and enhance membership in opera companies and their partners in Ontario through improved communications and new programming.
