$450,000 over three years to roll out the ArtsVe$t pilot to 10 Ontario communities in order to enhance cultural activity through increased private sector investment.

Ducks Unlimited Canada
$169,300 over two years to create a stable base to grow the Adopt-A-Class program across Ontario. The program educates Grade 4 students about the importance of wetlands through field trips, reading materials and in-class educational materials.

Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario
$246,900 over five years to enhance educational programs, recruit and train volunteer farmer advisors and facilitators, participate in provincial and national networks and develop partnerships to sustain this province-wide organization into the future.

Environmental Defence Canada
$399,300 over 33 months to implement the Blue Flag international eco-label program at Ontario beaches. The Blue Flag assures tourists and citizens that beaches are clean, swimmable, accessible, safe and actively protected by the community.

Families for a Secure Future
$289,500 over five years to build organizational and member leadership capacity, strengthen and expand the network of family groups across Ontario and provide ongoing planning support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.

$160,000 over one year to launch a collaborative marketing, exhibition and education program celebrating the 85th anniversary of the Group of Seven, which will advance curatorial research and boost audiences for 24 galleries in 20 Ontario communities.

$388,000 over two years to roll out a provincial expansion pilot of the Heritage Fairs Program, which utilizes hands-on projects to bring local and national history to life for students aged 10 to 15 years.

$430,900 over four years to develop the Kindergarten Welcome Bag Program, which will enhance early literacy in high risk Toronto, Durham, Peel and York region schools as a precursor to the Ontario-wide program roll out.

$195,400 over three years to increase understanding and promotion of agricultural land trusts to farmers, municipal planners and the general public, resulting in the preservation of agricultural land through donations of land and easements.

Ontario Physical and Health Education Association
$650,000 over three years to implement the Living Schools Initiative, bringing education, recreation and public health community partners together to increase access to active and healthy living opportunities for children and youth.

Pembina Institute for Appropriate Development
$67,300 over one year to develop Ontario-focused curriculum materials and visual construction plans and implement teacher training workshops, which will increase young people's understanding of renewable energy technologies and energy consumption.

Play Works Partnership c/o Parks and Recreation Ontario
$229,400 over two years to motivate, encourage, and support community investment in youth play through research on its benefits and the implementation of the Youth Friendly Community recognition and Do It Yourself youth engagement programs.

$56,000 over one year to divert electronic waste from landfills and provide low-cost and serviceable computers to not-for-profit organizations by implementing a joint marketing plan that will stimulate a 10 per cent increase in donors and customers.

$110,000 over one year to purchase the hardware to implement the new Codes of Points judging system and to support training of provincial level coaches, judges and volunteer competitive accountants.

Toronto Symphony Orchestra Association
$404,000 over two years for a Northern Ontario residency tour, which will include full-orchestra public performances, school concerts, smaller prelude concerts and master classes for music students and local musicians.

Town Youth Participation Strategies (TYPS)
$725,000 over four years to build the infrastructure, solidify programs and resources and secure other funding partnerships for this new organization that provides support to youth centres and other youth initiatives in rural Ontario communities.

Trails for All Ontarians c/o Abilities Centre
$97,500 over one year to develop Inclusive Trail Construction and Maintenance Guidelines, which will provide information and resources to build and maintain natural environment recreation trails that are accessible to people of all abilities.

Union culturelle des Franco-Ontariennes
$98,000 over one year to establish and deliver a mentorship program for francophone women in rural Ontario, which will help to increase their participation in the economic development of their communities.

Variety - The Children's Charity
$500,000 over three years to strengthen the operational capacity of Variety -The Children's Charity and ensure that Variety Village and its outreach programs continue to position Variety as a world leader in integrated and active living.

Victorian Order of Nurses Canada (VON)
$414,600 over three years to expand the Functional Fitness Continuum Initiative, a progressive model of physical activity interventions designed to reach isolated non-participating seniors.

$20,000 over six months to develop a strategic plan to raise the organization's profile, strengthen its volunteer base, attract sponsorships and provide recreational and educational activities to Ontario youth in management and entrepreneurship.

Ontario Smart Growth Network c/o The Conservation Council of Ontario
$25,000 over six months to engage the public in the smart growth vision for healthy communities and sustainable local economies, by developing a communications plan and assessing the feasibility of the Municipal Smart Community Accreditation Program.

$445,000 over three years to enhance the programs of the Active Living Resource Centre so that Ontarians with disabilities can more easily access community-based active living programs and increase their level of physical activity.

$300,000 over three years to assist communities in implementing a CPR program in high schools across Ontario so that youth will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to save lives at home and in their communities.

$274,000 over three years to develop and host Canada Games Days in various Ontario communities, which will encourage child and youth participation in physical activity and sport.

Canadian Paraplegic Association Ontario
$322,300 over three years to create volunteer teams and membership chapters in several Ontario communities that will better support and meet the ever-changing needs of people with spinal cord injury.

Le Centre de leadership en éducation
$51,500 over one year to conduct a study of the training needs of the franco-Ontarian community in order to develop appropriate francophone training modules for workers in the not-for-profit sector.

Centre for Children & Families in the Justice System of the London Family Court Clinic, Inc.
$589,200 over three years to work with four school boards to develop and pilot a tool to assist in selecting appropriate violence prevention programs to create safer learning environments.

$594,800 over three years to enable 17 of the smallest United Ways in Ontario to undertake, with the help of the largest United Ways, community consultations that will address community priorities and improve service.

$132,000 over two years to support the transition to a new artistic team and build the organization's capacity as a centre of excellence in choreography.

$347,700 over two years to create HealthNet, an electronic management system that will provide a public access point for patients, medical practitioners, volunteers and pilots, ensuring that more needy Ontarians are able to travel to medical care.

$150,000 over two years to expand the Cushion Concert Series in five new communities, which will increase the exposure of classical and multi-cultural music to young children and families.

$400,000 over three years to develop Making IT Work, a cross-sectoral partnership development program that encourages the effective use of information technology by charities and not-for-profit organizations.

MICRO-Mouvement des Intervenants et Intervenantes Communautaires en Radio de l'Ontario
$107,000 over one year to purchase office and marketing equipment and produce a strategic plan that will ensure effective and long-term support to the francophone not-for-profit community radio sector.

MOFIF (Mouvement ontarien des femmes immigrantes francophones)
$74,100 over one year to conduct training and produce a toolkit that will assist front-line workers responding to problems and specific needs faced by women survivors of genocides who are immigrating from war-torn countries.

The National Broadcast Reading Service, Inc. (NBRS)
$316,800 over three years to establish VoicePrint local broadcast centres in 13 Ontario communities that will provide news and articles of interest to people with diminished vision or other conditions that limit their access to visual media.

The North-South Institute/L'Institut Nord-Sud
$89,100 over 18 months to bring the results of a study of Canada's Seasonal Agricultural Workers' Program back to the farm communities involved in the program and the community groups that assist temporary agricultural workers.

Ojibway and Cree Cultural Centre
$65,000 over eight months to create a glossary of words and terms translated into Cree, Oji-Cree and Ojibway, which will support the evolution and use of native languages, strengthening the cultural identity of Aboriginal people.

Ontario Cycling Association
$239,700 over three years to assist the organization in developing tracks, services and programs that support cyclists involved in the rapidly growing sport of BMX bicycle motocross racing.

Ontario Land Trust Alliance Inc.
$167,200 over three years to provide operational support for member education, standards of practices and core infrastructure to build the capacity of its members.

$538,400 over three years to further develop a model of youth engagement. This initiative will include training and conferences to help youth create projects in 30 Ontario communities.

$70,000 over one year to expand the outreach of intergenerational programs offered by the organization, helping to reduce the isolation experienced by seniors and eliminate prejudices between generations.

Threads of Life - An Association for Workplace Tragedy Family Support
$136,200 over 18 months to help families affected by workplace tragedy and raise public awareness about the need to improve workplace safety and increase mutual concern for one another’s safety.

United Generations Ontario
$188,000 over two years to develop, test and conduct training in the use of a Best Practices Toolbox, which will increase the effectiveness of organizations involved in providing programs and services to members of different generations.

Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre
$50,000 over one year to support the expansion of the Great Canadian Shoreline Clean-up to encourage increased participation of Ontarians in removing debris from shorelines and beaches in communities across the province.

Voices for Children and Offord Centre for Child Studies c/o Voices for Children
$155,300 over one year to investigate the feasibility of a provincial network that will collect and distribute information to communities about the developmental health of children, enabling planning and action to take place at the local level.

YEN/SYC: Ontario Emissions c/o Youth Environmental Network
$98,500 over two years to work with youth environmental non-governmental organizations (YENGOs) and university student groups to develop Climate Change action projects that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Ontario.

$23,900 to develop a framework of co-operation for the delivery of shoreline protection programs in Ontario. Improved co-ordination and collaboration of shoreline and lake stewardship will improve the health and economy of communities.

Children's Mental Health Ontario
$25,000 over one year to produce tools, including Benchmarks of Excellence for Accountability, to support governance in member organizations and other not-for-profit organizations in Ontario.

Municipal Cultural Planning Forums Initiatives c/o Community Cultural Impresarios
$25,000 over six months to host four municipal cultural planning forums where best practices will be shared and new local strategies developed to better integrate cultural activity into local community life.

Ontario Association of Male Survivor Services (OAMSS) c/o The Men's Project / Le Projet pour hommes
$25,000 over six months to create an online directory of current services and identify what further services and supports need to be developed for male survivors of sexual abuse or assault.

Seeds of Diversity Canada / Programme semencier du patrimoine Canada
$34,600 over two years to publish and print an annual seed exchange directory and to create descriptions for 10 species of plants so that volunteers can participate in identifying and saving seeds from rare heritage plants.

St. Leonard's Society Canada / Société Saint-Léonard du Canada
$25,000 over six months to support strategic planning activities to improve crime prevention programming and services to adults and youth convicted of and at risk of criminal behaviours.
